Every Halloween, Paris & Nicky have a fabulous Halloween party, and this year, they had it at a private mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

OK, so I couldn’t take footage inside the bebe store, so I’m just going to have to write what happened inside. Basically there was a line for a meet and greet to meet Kim and Khloe and they were there for about an hour.
