Lately I’ve been killing it with my makeup because I have been taking more time into the details of it!
As the end of February approaches, I want to share with you guys my favorite items that I loved in February!
Makeup events are always fun, especially Benefit Cosmetics events! They always have the cutest decor, such cute packaging, and also the best candy, refreshments! This time, however, since I am on this crazy crunch diet I did not eat any of their delicious snacks! I think I had two fries and one yogurt covered pretzel! Even though I had a little bit, it was nice to have some sweets/junk food.
Brown Lipstick was so in during the years 2000 – 2004. I remember trying to wear brown lipstick and wearing Cover Girl eyebrow pencil as my lipliner and sometimes wearing a frosty lipstick from Bath and Body Works! Thought iwas cute then, but OMG it looked crazy! Here’s a throwback photo of me trying to rock that brown eyeliner as a lipliner and frosty lipstick which I would NEVER wear now!
Hey loves! I am in Scottsdale right now for SuperBowl weekend and it’s a lot of fun! There are so many people out here, from everywhere! So far, I’ve only spent one night here and since we all got in late, we rushed and got ready to go out to Tiesto at Maya Nightclub.
Here are all the things I loved in January! If you haven’t seen my YouTube video, I do suggest you watching it first, then checking the links and description below for more details!
I got a lot of stuff at IMATS and I wanted to include description and links here so you guys can know more into details and get the same stuff!

If you are a glam girl like me, you probably have stepped into a blow dry bar before. Blow dry bars are quick salons where you go in, get your hair washed, blow-dried and styled. No cutting is involved and most blow dry bars don’t do cut/color. The one that I usually go to and I am in LOVE with this blow dry bar is BLOWN on Canon. I have a girl named Jackie who does my hair and she is my go-to favorite blow dry hair stylist. I have gone to her probably like 20 times and I am in LOVE with the way she styles my hair!
IMATS weekend was everything! Every January, IMATS (International Makeup Artist Trade Show) is held in Los Angeles, usually at the Pasadena Convention Center. There they have tons of beauty companies that showcase their products, but it is also a huge meet-up of a bunch of YouTube, and now instagram beauty gurus and makeup fanatics! I try to make it all the time, and since last year I went on a Saturday, this year I decided to go again on a Saturday, I think that is the best day to go!
Now, a few years later, I am chatting it up with Carol, the owner of Lorac at the Bel-Air Hotel! Who knew this was EVER going to happen?! It’s still surreal to me that I get to be invited to these events, but I am so grateful for everything and to be able to be a part of this beauty/fashion world!
