I uploaded a new work out video for you guys ! 🙂 This time it is the booty! This is one area I love to work on because I feel like legs and the booty are major ass-ets for us ladies, and even the boys, duh!

So all my work out days I start off with some cardio, I do 15 – 20 min on the stair master or the treadmill. On the treadmill, like you see in the video, I have the incline on 11.5 and the speed from 3.5 to 4.5. Once I am done with that I go into the work out.

Here we will do 4 sets of a 5 exercise butt circuit!

  1. LUNGES 4 sets of 20 (10 each way)
  2. SQUATS 4 sets of 12
  3. KICK BACKS 4 sets of 24
  4. LEG RAISES 4 sets of 24
  5. SPLIT LUNGE 4 sets of 24

Our challenge is for you guys to do this work out for the next week 4 days out of the 7 and report to us! 🙂

  1. Regarding “legs and the booty are major ass-ets for us ladies” I must definitively agree. You just can’t get much better than a big-hearted woman with a great body, warm smile, and a nice butt! Makes me wanna jump up and down happy. Luckily, I have one of these ladies! Great post.
