I uploaded a new work out video for you guys ! 🙂 This time it is the booty! This is one area I love to work on because I feel like legs and the booty are major ass-ets for us ladies, and even the boys, duh!
So all my work out days I start off with some cardio, I do 15 – 20 min on the stair master or the treadmill. On the treadmill, like you see in the video, I have the incline on 11.5 and the speed from 3.5 to 4.5. Once I am done with that I go into the work out.
Here we will do 4 sets of a 5 exercise butt circuit!
- LUNGES 4 sets of 20 (10 each way)
- SQUATS 4 sets of 12
- KICK BACKS 4 sets of 24
- LEG RAISES 4 sets of 24
- SPLIT LUNGE 4 sets of 24
Our challenge is for you guys to do this work out for the next week 4 days out of the 7 and report to us! 🙂
